Neurodiversity Coaching

What does RocketEd offer?

At RocketEd, we believe that neurodiversity is a strength. Whether a child or young person has a formal diagnosis - such as autism or ADHD - or is simply navigating the world in a different way, we can help them understand their unique profile, harness their strengths, and develop practical strategies to thrive in everyday life.

We offer face-to-face coaching either at home or in the educational setting, ensuring support is tailored, meaningful and grounded in the real environments where children and young people live and learn.

Who we help

Our neurodiversity coaches support children and young people who are neurodivergent or exploring that possibility. They also help families and schools: parents and carers who want to better understand their child’s needs, and settings looking to create inclusive learning environments. By combining one-to-one coaching with advice, training and resources, we help everyone involved build shared understanding and consistency of support.

Our approach

Every coaching journey begins with listening. We take time to understand how the individual experiences the world - their strengths, challenges, preferences and priorities. Together, we co-design a personalised coaching plan that might include, for example:

  • Practical strategies for organisation, focus and transitions

  • Emotional regulation tools

  • Communication and social interaction supports

  • Environmental or routine adjustments to reduce stress and increase independence

  • Approaches to restore calm and harmony within the home environment

Our coaches work closely with the child or young person, and where appropriate their family or school, to put these strategies into practice, review progress, and celebrate successes along the way.

Face-to-face, in real environments

Rather than a one-size-fits-all programme or remote-only support, our coaching takes place in person, either at home or in the child or young person’s educational setting. This allows us to see and work within the real-life context, making strategies practical and sustainable. If an online format would suit you better, please let us know - we can adapt to your needs.

Why choose neurodiversity coaching with RocketEd?

  • Strength-based mindset: we focus on building from strengths, not “fixing” deficits.

  • Bespoke to each individual: every plan is tailored to the neurodivergent brain.

  • Practical and embedded: strategies are integrated into daily life, not just discussed.

  • Collaborative and inclusive: we bring families and schools together to ensure consistent support.

  • Specialist expertise: our neurodiversity coaches have deep knowledge, empathy and real-world experience.

What outcomes can you expect?

Each coaching journey is unique, but families often tell us they notice significant progress in confidence, self-understanding and independence. Young people frequently develop better organisation, improved emotional regulation, and more effective communication. Parents and schools report stronger collaboration, a shared language around neurodiversity, and greater inclusion in practice.

Getting started

The first step is simple - just get in touch. We’ll arrange an initial conversation to understand your needs, explore your goals, and agree how coaching can best support your child or young person. From there, we’ll plan the number and frequency of sessions and begin building a personalised support plan together.

If you’d like to discuss your situation, ask a question, or book your first session, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
