Specialist Speech and Language TherapistBSc (Hons), CertMRCSLT
Radostinka is registered with the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists (RCSLT) and the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC.) Practising since 2014, she brings her extensive experience of supporting autistic children and young people across both educational and clinical settings. After qualifying as a speech and language therapist overseas, Radostinka gained UK recognition and spent over a year volunteering in specialist provision, where she deepened her understanding of the education system and neurodiversity in practice.
Radostinka began her professional career in a large specialist provision for students with autism, supporting children and young people with diverse communication profiles. In 2016, she achieved full RCSLT registration, and since 2022 has worked within an NHS Children’s Integrated Therapies team, collaborating with multidisciplinary colleagues including educational psychologists, occupational therapists, paediatricians, and social care professionals. Radostinka’s work includes assessment, therapy planning and delivery, and consultation with schools and families to promote inclusion and functional communication. Her clinical approach is strengths-based and neuroaffirming, helping children to build confidence, independence, and self-advocacy skills.
Radostinka has supported children and young people across both primary and secondary phases, from nonverbal communicators to those with advanced language abilities, tailoring her interventions to meet a wide range of communication needs and learning profiles. Alongside her NHS role, Radostinka also works independently, providing assessment, consultation, and therapy for children and families with diverse speech, language, and communication needs. At RocketEd, Radostinka contributes her specialist expertise to multidisciplinary autism assessments, ensuring that each formulation reflects NICE guidance and the highest standards of clinical practice.
