In this session, Amanda explores the similarities and differences between dyscalculia and maths anxiety, discusses how to reduce maths anxiety and explores strategies to support dyscalculic learners.

Session 3: Assessment and Diagnosis

In this session, Amanda explores the principles of assessing for dyscalculia, investigates the criteria for a dyscalculia diagnosis and look at the assessment tools currently available for EPs.

This session is open to qualified educational psychologists or those currently enrolled on an educational psychology training course. Attendees of the live session will receive a certificate of attendance; please note that certificates cannot be issued for recorded sessions due to the inability to verify engagement.
