Amanda Keen is a nationally recognised and renowned specialist in dyscalculia, bringing extensive experience in supporting learners with specific learning difficulties. She leads training sessions for school staff across England and chairs a working group dedicated to reducing mathematics anxiety, reflecting her holistic approach to fostering positive learning experiences. Amanda is deeply committed to helping individuals understand and overcome challenges in mathematics.
In this session, Amanda will explore the principles of assessing for dyscalculia, investigate the criteria for a dyscalculia diagnosis and look at the assessment tools currently available for EPs.
This is available to qualified EPs or currently on an EP training course. Recordings are valid for one month.
